Villa Montesa is an amazing two floor property overlooking the hills above La Herradura, in the heart of the Costa Tropical. The incredible views embrace the Mediterranean, the hamlet of El Cerval, the valley of Rio Jate, the Alpujarra and the peaks of Sierra Nevada, visible from the house.
This very large villa (180m2) offers vast rooms, soberly furbished in the traditional Spanish countryside style. On the first floor, a large and wide balcony allows to enjoy the spectacular views over the surroundings.
On the ground floor, guests can walks directly from the living room to the beautiful private pool (6x3m), terraces and garden.
The house is equipped with modern facilities, it has 1 bathroom inside and 1 outside the house. Air conditioning is in the living room as well as 2 bedrooms.

The property is reached with a fully asphalted mountain road with a number of bends. It is used daily by all types of vehicles; however we do not recommend the property to people who do not like driving in mountainous areas.
